Prepaid SIM Instructions

  1. Check phone specifications for the following requirements:
    1. 1900mHz frequency
    2. Data capable or WCDMA device

  2. Carefully remove plastic packaging from SIM card.

  3. Check phone SIM card size requirement and snap off SIM card with corresponding SIM tray from the body.

  4. Insert SIM card into phone. Our Prepaid SIM cards are 3-in-1 and come pre-cut in 3 sizes.

    • Find the right SIM card size for your phone
    • If SIM card feels loose in SIM slot, use a bigger SIM tray.
    • If SIM card is too big to fit into phone, remove SIM tray and try another SIM tray size.

  5. Turn phone ON.

  6. Creating new APN and setting it to 'internet', leaving other APN settings blank.
    • Android
      • Settings > Wireless & Networks > More > Cellular Networks > Access Point Names
      • Create new Access Point and enter the following information:
        • Name: Guam Prepaid
        • APN: internet
        • (do not modify any other settings)

      • note: 'Settings' on each Android phone varies due to different phone manufacturers. It is advisable to check your phone manual for setting APN instructions.

    • iPhone
      • note: iPhones normally detect APN automatically so the steps below might not be applicable.
      • Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network
        • APN: internet
        • (leave Username and Password blank)
        • note: Above directions only work on iPhones that allow APN modification.

  7. Activate the Prepaid SIM card by make a balance inquiry by dialing '555' and pressing call.

  8. Test service by calling, texting and browsing web pages.

Rental MiFi Instructions

  1. Turn ON MiFi Hotspot device by holding down the power button in image below (for 5 seconds) until screen turns on.

  2. Make sure you see '4G LTE' icon on top of the device as indicated in below image.

    • In the event you do not see '4G LTE' indication, please turn OFF the unit and turn it ON again, both by holding down the power button (5 seconds) (see step 1 for image).
    • If restarting device does not work, please contact us here.
    • note: We do not advise attempting modifications on the settings of the device.

  3. Turn ON WiFi on your device and connect to MiFi via broadcast SSID and use password to authenticate.

  4. Test service by browsing web pages.
